MY FITNESS JOURNEY

My name is Shaggy, I am a REPS Level 2 & 3 qualified Personal Trainer, Calisthenics coach and nutritional advisor, but that’s enough of the qualification talk, you’re on this page asking yourself why would I trust this guy to help me achieve my goals, so let me tell you a bit about my own fitness journey first.

When I was 20 I was severely underweight, standing at 6ft 2” at a little over 9 stone. I was the definition of skinny. I joined a gym and hit the weights, when I wasn’t in the gym I was researching, learning and asking questions all over the internet. The first few years were a steep learning curve for me, realising that there are a lot of myths, lies and just false information on the internet I had to find out the truth by actually trying out the vast amount training techniques, advice, plans and methods I’d read about for so long online to figure out what works and what doesn’t.
