Personal training packages are a great way to commit to your health and fitness goals, if you're serious about face to face personal training with The Tenth Yard then you'll find a package below to meet your needs. I'll will be with you during your workout making sure you give it your best 100% of the time, I don't do comfort zones and neither will you when you train with The Tenth Yard.

However, don't think that I will only be there for you during your session, dedicating yourself to achieving your goals is a full time job and that's why I will be on hand to help, advise and motivate you when you're not training, you can speak to me whenever you need to via phone, eMail, Whatsapp or Skype, its up to you!

All of the personal training packages come with a completely tailored workout and nutrition plan aimed at helping you achieve your goals in best way possible. The reason I do it this way is because there is no 'one size fits all' plan that will work for you, a plan will work best when its tailored to you and your needs and constantly monitored and adjusted if required.

The personal training packages I offer work out to be around £30 per session, however if you sign up to our bigger packages you can save up to £90, that's 3 free sessions! We also offer flexible payment terms to suit most budgets, just drop me a message to find out more.
