With the use of my own app to track your nutrition I will be able to see how you’re getting on day to day, ensuring that you have fuelled your body properly so its ready to work during your PT session.
Goals will be broken down in to small milestones to make those big goals feel more achievable, these will also be tracked in the app as we go through your sessions together.
