Dessert, a course always lusted after but rarely eaten by those trying to carve the perfect physique. However, that time is slowly coming to an end now that so many protein packed alternatives are available.

You can even make them at home with ingredients you’ve already got laying around and one of our favourite fans Holly Pfeiffer (Insta: @HollyPfeiffer) has created a brilliantly quick and simple recipe for protein packed waffles. All the flavour, none of the guilt! Check it out!

How to make:
? 1 Egg.
? 1 scoop of Protein. (Holly is using @greenteax50 Skinny Protein)
? 1/2 teaspoon baking powder.
? Add water – judge consistency.

Cook for 2-3 minutes. Then top  with some sugar free maple syrup and a tablespoon of natural peanut butter mixed with Waldens farm chocolate sauce! Who says dieting means no dessert, We’re in love with these.
